Season's Over...

Well I can't believe the season is over already...WOW that went fast! Many of our team (Sharkbait so to be renamed ) want to continue play and I hear other players are still wanting to do the same. Del tells me some players are planning to continue at the Esquimalt Legion so that's GREAT news and I for one will be there!!

Thanks Del and Ken for all your hard work this past season and I can't wait for next!!!!

Ken and I have been discussing next season. We don't want to break into divisions like we did this season. We are hoping to purchase perpetual trophies to give players the incentive to keep playing however I do understand that we run into ball season. We will have a meeting to discuss how the players want to go. Everyone knows this is a players league and we will always try to do what the majority of them want.

Whoops, looks like I'm a little ahead - should take the time to read the entire thread.

I too would like to thank Del and Ken for all their hard work. The sunday league continues to be the most fun league in Victoria - BY FAR!. Cant wait till next year!

Big thank-you to Brian for all the work he does on the site,posting stats and all the up coming events. Big thanks also to Loren , Wendy and Brian who faithfully send us their score sheets and the sheets from the teams they play against. It makes Del's job a lot easier, and we all want Del to be happy.
